Privacy and Cookies Policy

This section of the portal aims to indicate the policies of DigitalPA S.r.l. (under GDPR-General Data Protection Regulation-2016/679) regarding the processing of personal data collected while browsing the portal. This information is provided only for the portal run by DigitalPA S.r.l. and not for other websites accessed via links. The information is also based on Recommendation 2/2001 which the European authorities for the protection of personal data gathered by the group established by art. 29 of Directive n. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and, in particular, the procedures, the timing, and the nature of the information that data controllers must supply to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

Location of data processing

The processing operations connected to the web services of this website take place at the offices of DigitalPA S.r.l. and are only handled by technical personnel of the company in charge of processing, by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations, or by external staff in charge of processing. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material (requests about questions, news, notices, etc.) or services, in general, are used only to perform the institutional service or communication and are communicated to third parties only where this is necessary for that purpose.

 

Type of data processed

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Such information is not collected to relate it to identified data subjects, however, it might allow user identification per se after being processed and matched with data held by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users to connect to the website, the addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the answer given to the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this website involves the subsequent acquisition of the address of the sender, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the message. It is noted that the personal and/or business data entered in the forms on this website are protected by DigitalPA S.r.l. and used to answer questions, to provide the requested information, or to contact the user. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the portal dedicated to particular services upon request.

 

Cookies

No personal user data is implicitly captured by the portal. Cookies are not used for the transmission of personal information, nor are persistent cookies used for tracking users. Only technical cookies are used that do not allow the creation of profiles and identification of individuals. The only persistent cookie that is used allows the user to customize the navigation of the portal so that the user does not have to make that choice every time he or she accesses the portal. The use of session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user’s computer and vanish with the closure of the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) required to enable safe and efficient portal navigation.

Google reCAPTCHA
The website uses the “Google reCAPTCHA” service, designed to prevent or discourage the sending of comments or spam messages by users or spambots.

The use of this technology involves the installation of cookies (non-profiling ones, called _GRECAPTCHA) from a third-party company, Google Inc. Optional submittal of data

Apart from what is specified for the navigation data or what will be specified about particular treatments in the various services offered in the portal, the user is free to provide the personal data reported in the application forms. Failure to submit data may lead to the impossibility of obtaining what is requested.

Personal data is processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect uses, and unauthorized access.

 

Rights of data subjects

The data subjects have the right, at any time:

  • to obtain the adjustment or deletion of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concerns it;
  • to oppose treatment;
  • to data portability;
  • to withdraw the consent, where provided: the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the treatment based on the consent conferred before the withdrawal;
  • to make a complaint to the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
