The establishment of the Register of Suppliers is a complex process that requires care and attention in defining the registration requirements, in order to get a list that is as effective as possible.<\/p>

The following services can be integrated or optionally requested (depending on the version of the software license in use) and they are available only to customers who use the DigitalPA telematic register software:<\/p>

Support for the management of the Register of Suppliers<\/strong><\/p>

  • General advice<\/strong> on the type of Suppliers Lists that can be activated<\/li>
  • Support in the choice of the product categories<\/strong><\/li>
  • Specialized support and consultancy<\/strong> in editing the customised forms and in the choice of mandatory and optional request fields<\/li>
  • Specialized advice on the equal rotation system for invitations<\/li>
  • General advice about the correct management of the lists of suppliers<\/li>
  • Training and supplementary support<\/li><\/ul>

    If the customer has already defined the registration requirements and wants to make sure that they comply with the telematic platform, DigitalPA provides a service of analysis of the customer's Regulation. The service includes:<\/p>

    Analysis of the Regulation of the Register of Suppliers<\/strong><\/p>

    • Analysis of the Regulation<\/strong> and\/or of the registration requirements;<\/li>
    • Designing the process of registration of suppliers in accordance with the Regulation;<\/li>
